Having fun regularly can help you reduce the stress levels in your life. When your body is stressed, it produces a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol has the potential to cause weight gains, sleepless nights, or high blood pressure.
Enjoying life reduces the amount of cortisol produced by your body which has the ability to increase your immune system and the longevity of your life. A healthy life is a happy life!
