
During a new moon it is important to take time to clear out old energies, thought processes, and habits that no longer serve you or your growth. Take some time to introspect and do self inventory. What new abilities could you benefit from, which things is it time to let go of.
Get plenty of rest for the 5 days around the new moon, 2 before, the day of, and 2 after. Stay hydrated (water is a conductor of energy). Each new moon is an opportunity to emerge on a slightly higher frame of mind and body.
